Standard Online Auction Rules
1. Registration Requirements
- All participants must register and create an account before bidding.
- Valid personal details, including contact information, must be provided during registration.
2. Bidding Process
- Each bid must be higher than the current bid increment specified for the item.
- Bids increase in whole dollar amounts only (e.g., $1, $2, $3).
- All bids are legally binding; bidders cannot retract a bid once it has been placed.
- Bidding will automatically close at the time specified for each auction item.
3. Item Description
- Each auction item is sold as-is, and its description is provided in good faith.
- Buyers are encouraged to read descriptions and ask questions before bidding.
4. Reserve Price
- Some items may have a reserve price (minimum selling price). If the reserve is not met, the item will not be sold.
5. If No Bids Are Placed
- If an auction expires without any bids, the item will remain unsold.
- Unsold items may be relisted for a future auction at the seller’s discretion or withdrawn entirely from the platform.
6. Payment Policy
- Winning bidders will receive an invoice with payment instructions.
- Payment must be completed within 48 hours. Failure to pay within the given time will lead to cancellation of the auction result and suspension of the account onwards.
- The payment methods accepted are – Credit Card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Winning bidders are responsible for shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the item and location.
8 . Service Fee PolicyÂ
We strive to provide a fair and transparent pricing structure for auction listings. Our service fees are designed to cover platform maintenance, transaction processing, and operational costs while ensuring affordability for all users.

9. Cancellation and Refunds
- Items cannot be canceled or refunded once the auction has closed, except in cases of error or fraud.
- If an item is not available, the winning bidder will receive a full refund.
- All sales are final unless the item is received damaged or is significantly not matching as described.
- Any claims must be made within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- If the package is damaged upon receipt, an unboxing video is required for damage claims.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after the product has been received by our returns department.
10. Prohibited Activities
- Collusion between bidders to manipulate the price is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to interfere with the bidding process will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
- You agree not to participate in shill bidding (bidding to increase the price artificially).
- Do not use multiple accounts to manipulate auctions.
- Do not harass or threaten employees or other members.
11. Platform Liability
- The auction platform is not liable for errors, interruptions, or technical issues affecting the bidding process.
12. Bid Termination
We reserve all the rights to:
- Suspend or terminate any auction suspected of fraud, system issues, or policy violations.
- Reject and report fraudulent or suspicious bids to law enforcement.
